About Me

I am a Transformational Success Coach, an educator, and a healer. I am also a creative and an adventurer. In short, I, like you, have many passions.

After spending the first decade or so of my adult life traveling the world (living in Detroit, Michigan; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Santa Cruz, California; New Orleans, Louisiana; Shibata, Japan; Beijing, China; and Los Angeles, California) and making art, I came to the jarring realization that all of the dreams of my youth had come true.

I tried for a while to keep on making art, but I knew it was time to move on to something else.

While liberating, rewriting your dreams is also challenging. There’s all kinds of resistance when letting go of pieces of your identity that no longer serve you.  I grew confused and depressed. It took over a year to figure out what to do with my life. I hoped to come up with foundational goals that could be built upon. I wanted to find my life’s purpose, my true vocation.

I was compelled to move in an entirely different direction. I stopped making art and decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and build a career in marketing. This was fulfilling, because it offered me credibility in areas I had previously shunned. The novelty of learning new skills and ideas was exciting but wasn’t as satisfying as I’d hoped. My entrepreneurial spirit yearned for more while my deeply spiritual nature yearned to find a voice and share my experiences.

I  began to dig more deeply into various alternative healing modalities, working as an energy healer and becoming a Reiki Master.  I learned more about herb & wildcrafting, gemstones, and any healing modality I thought would bolster my healing practice. I studied the psychology of creativity and read all kinds of books on personal and spiritual development.

I’d found what I call the golden thread. This thread is what I think of as the path each of us follows through a well-lived life. Sometimes we lose the thread and get off the path, when this happens, things get murky. At those times the safest bet is to look for the brightest thing on the horizon and move toward it. For me, the brightest path was healing work and it has proven to be an extremely rewarding path.

My dream is to show others how creativity, discernment, and clarity can transform their lives by giving them the confidence to declare emotional, ethical, intellectual, and spiritual sovereignty. I hope you’ll join me on this awesome journey.
